Bought a 2016 Chevy cruze from regal auto in Collierville had mechanical issues day of the purchase and come to find out that the car was explained to me by my progressive insurance agent when I was trying to find out why my payment was a little more than 800 dollars to add the policy to my account for the first month. It was explained that the car was possibly not the safest car for my family other than the monetary cost occurred it could possibly be unsafe and I feel like I was not dealing with a respectable car lot and I have been going this will make the 3rd week without the car due to mechanical problems and I have been very patient and hoping to get some type of answer to find out what I need to do to get my money or possibly to see if I can do something to keep my family from losing more money Resolution Sought I feel that I should have transportation considering that I have paid for a misrepresented at the very least and will continue to lose money on the situation please help my family we don't have the money to waste with the car it's not fair at all
