I went in to get a crown there and they shaved down my natural tooth too much and didn't tell me they messed up .I kept asking what happened to the crown they were supposed to make me but instead go the run around for days saying the crown was getting made in the lab then they sent me over to another specialist which I paid for the office visit myself only for that dentist to say he could not fix their mistake. They did not take responsibility for their mistake they even gave me an estimate of 8405.00 to fix what they did to me charging me to get an implant and porcelain fuse so I could pay for their mistake. At the time I was afraid because they made me sign papers for treatment and I didn't think I could question them and I was going through lots of things in my life but this was an injustice they did to me so I stopped going there. I saved all paperwork and evidence of what they did to me and various people have told me to fight back so no one else gets this done to them. I never did get that implant and I even paid them for bone graft at the office out of my own pocket. They tried to make it go away when I left their office I had been left humiliated and saddened that they messed up and covered it up. I still can't understand why they took advantage of me at my lowest points and didn't just accept their mistake and fix the tooth they ruined. I'm finally scared as I'am going to another dentist and I feel Regal should pay me for the treatment they messed up and be remorsefu Resolution Sought Get money for that implant so when I start treatment at another dentist I can get it fixed. They ruined that tooth and still tried to extort me and made me pay for their mistakes.
