On 11/18/23 I signed up and began making deposits to play games on Sweepslots.com. At first I had no issues and I was enjoying the platform. Two days into playing I started getting kicked off during while playing the slots and that night it went on for hours, every 5 minutes it would happen. It went on a few days so I contacted customer support. I had asked for a do-over for my last deposit of $50. They told me no, they weren't responsible, so I let it go. I had $200 in my account that I had won so I decided to cash out. After 3 days and still no deposit I logged on and saw that my money was still sitting in my game account. I contacted customer support and they told me I had verify my account again , which it did not make sense but I did it. I then decided to play some more and I started noticing that it seemed like my money wasn't adding up correctly but it was hard to tell and I figured how could I prove it anyway. Over the next few days of playing it became more noticeable so I started to take a video recording as I played. My first recording of 20-30 minutes of me playing you could actually see that the game was glitching and only when it came to adding money and never subtracting. I had a little over $100 I could of cashed out but I wanted a refund due to breaching their own contract. I was told no and my account was suspended due to a glitch in their system it had made me a second account. Resolution Sought I would like my money back from the deposits I made due to the inconvenience, the lies I was told, and above all their faulty system.

The user firstly claimed that her daughter made the account and used her cards to make the purchases without her knowledge therefore she required a refund but it was dismissed as the purchases were 3D Secure as well as the user identified her account using a third-party software ID Comply, which was not possible for a 14-year-old child. Later the user started to claim that she is facing several glitches while playing the games for which she was compensated highly. The user kept on threatening us about filing chargebacks on her deposits. The user played all her coins along with the bonus coins our team compensated her with. The claim that she verified with our new software PLAID is false she never completed her verification when asked again. All the proofs have been attached in the file 299318.
