I have 28,000$ in winnings on the website sweepslots.com which is owned by Regal Technologies LLC and they terms and conditions say that any player can make a withdraw request up to $10,000 in a 24-hour period when I contacted support and tried to redeem they said I can only withdraw 500 in the 24-hour period and they gave me the first to $500 checks and after that they stopped answering to my calls my texts my emails my support tickets I've contacted them multiple times trying to get this resolved no response I have all the screenshots all the documentations of all the communications of have all the screenshots of all the winnings I won and everything that I sign all the W-9 forms for the IRS they requested me to sign and I have to checks that were sent in my bank account with the contact information from regal technologies LLC and they requested me to set up a account with paynote seamless Chex website and I received the two 500$ checks from them but nothing else and I still have 28,000$ in winnings that I need to claim they have in there terms and conditions that any disputes will be handled thru the American arbitration association and I did everything In there terms and conditions to resolve this and no response I'm requesting 10,000$ because that's the maximum I can claim in arbitration Resolution Sought Im requesting 10,000$ because it's the maximum amount I can recover in arbitration they owe me 28,000$ but I'm requesting at least 10,000$
