I went to the dentist received a care plan in which everything was considered cavities except one tooth #18 in which she referred I get a root canal. We proceeded to the care plan and got started with cleaning first not long after we started the fillings #7#8 about 3 weeks later I started feeling pain and notified them of it I had 2 appointments in between time of which 1 I canceled and the other the office canceled. Finally I go in office Feb 13 2024 and get seen by this time Im in unbearable pain I explain to her she does an xray and tells me the filling wasn't suffice enough. I was In tears and begin to ask necessary questions like how come she didn't tell me this initially and she brushed it under the rug saying the reason why I was in pain was because "It"was to the nerve. In which all of this should have been captured on the Initial xray,my thoughts. She should be held liable for the "root canal"as well that she so boldly/nonchalantly suggested after she wrote me a prescription for antibiotics and sent me on my way. Resolution Sought A refund and shutdown for being negligent/misleading.
