Purchased Catnapper brand lift chair June 7th, 2022 and wasn't working properly when delivered. Contacted store a couple of weeks later service came and looked at it and had to order parts . Here it is the end of July and the chair still hasn't been fixed and now the back of the chair is loose and may fall off. They haven't offered a refund or a replacement. The chair cost to much money to have these problems. I'm on social security and can't afford to throw money away on junk furniture. If you can help with this problem I would be very grateful. Resolution Sought Total refund.

Per consumer, Regency furniture did replace the faulty lift chair on Aug,25 , 2022. Hopefuly the problem is solved.

Went to Regency furniture in Lexington Park MD to buy a sofa & loveseat because we received an ad saying they were having a 75 off sale. Price tags on the furniture clearly lists a "compare at price" and an "our price". Regency refused to give me the 75 discount on "our price" claiming it was already 50 off. There is absolutely nothing on the price tag or their advertisement to indicate this is the case. They are falsely advertising. Resolution Sought Sell me the sofa & loveseat at 75 off their "our price" listed on the furniture tags.
