I hit a deer with my car around the week of Thanksgiving. Geico got settled but I have GAP insurance. So we need additional paperwork from my lender. They won't return phone calls. When you do call expect to be hung up on or at least wait on hold for 2 hours. No one can really wait on hold for that long everyday. Finally they sent my payment history. Regional acceptance sent the wrong paperwork. We told them through email. Both gap and myself. They won't correct the problem and here I am still a without a car and they won't do there job. But they wanna collect money this Corp. Needs to be investigated cause this is uncalled for I've never had such a hard time getting in contact with any company. Help me please and hold someone accountable Resolution Sought Correct there problems own up to the situation. I don't have a car and they won't do their jobs

I ask Regional Acceptance for a copy of the contact and payment history they sent it to me there is something wrong with this contact it shows that I have paid them 26,691. On this account and they have only put $3,675.00 on this account on 5-12-2016 till 6/302018 they show no money was put on this account in and they show I owe 16,232.85 is still owed on this car pleas help me to understand. Resolution Sought I would like them to give me my title I was to pay them 20907.66 and I have paid over 6,,000,00 more and they still want me to pay two more years.
