I borrowed 2500 dollars from them in 2020 paying back 134 a month if late they charge me 12.00 a day late fees I have paid back 3500 dollars I have my receipts they are saying I still owe about 2300 how's that when I only borrowed 2500 need help. Resolution Sought Help me with this matter I am on a fixed income I can't continue to pay this I will never get it paid off with these high interest rates.

Company states; At Regional, we truly value our customers' satisfaction and will work toward the resolution of any issues. In Ms. Joyner's complaint, she stated that she originally borrowed $2500.00 in 2020 and has been paying at least $134 plus late fees monthly since then. She claimed that she has paid $3500 so far and that she still must pay $2300 according to Regional. In her complaint she questions the validity of this amount. According to Regional's review Ms. Joyner has opened three accounts with Regional. The first account, ending in 9623, was opened on April 15, 2021 and was paid off on May 24th, 2021. The second account, ending 3599, was opened on August 11, 2021 and was refinanced on 4/27/222 into the third loan, ending 8894. During the closing process, branch personnel reviewed Ms. Joyner the loan amount, payment amount, term and available insurance products. Ms. Joyner agreed to the terms of the loan as presented, at which time she executed the loan application, loan contract, insurance PIC List and insurance application. Please see the enclosure (upon request) for a history of payments made for the current open account.
