I had not paid Regional Finance in 3 months because I was on FMLA. I had not spoken to anyone in that office although they did continue to call. I had one correspondence between us through a text message that I explain I was on FMLA. In February I had asked them to delete my bank card information from their files because someone had went into my account and taking the money out for my bill without my consent. NOW AGAIN ALTHOUGH I HAVE NOT SPOKEN WITH ANYONE THIS MONTH someone from that office has went into my account and taking the money out to pay that bill. When I discovered it I explained to the bank that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE this payment and if they would block Regional Finance from being able to extract any more money from my account without my authorization AGAIN THIS WAS WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. Can that even be legal Resolution Sought I believe this is illegal . I know it was not authorized I absolutely owe the money but they can't just TAKE it like that can they..it was only one payment that they took however I felt so mistreated so violated and extremely frustrated because I felt there was nothing that I can do against a big company like this. I am reaching out in regards to a letter received from your business in regards to a complaint for Susie Tracy. I am looking to submit a response or see what I need to do to get this taken care of for the customer. Does the customer want a refund of the payment that she is saying she did not authorize or is she wanting to settle the account out?
