I bought a EW-72 scooter and it needs to be fix. The key ignition has move back into it self, the scooter won't move unless the dial is on 100. I have been calling e wheels and I haven't got any response from them. I did speak to a couple of people at rehubpulse, 4 months and I am Still having problems Resolution Sought Please fix the problems so I could get back to being mobile

We are committed to fixing the issue with the product that was ordered from our organization. The necessary parts have been received by the customer. We are dispatching a technician to complete the repair. The most recent update received is that the technician should be able to complete the repair visit this week. We will continue to monitor the issue until it is completely resolved for the customer.
