Purchased product ,foot massager. ,didn't use it as it didn't fit around foot. Sent it back within timeframe and verified with Rejuvacare associate the to verify the proper return procedure and verified address which matched the return address on original package. Didn't hear anything and have made several contacts (10) requesting my refund. They say they didn't get the product that it went to their associated warehouse and they can't verify anything or resolve the issue with that warehouse. I have proof of mailing the product back. Wee are r talking 151.99 dollars . This company should not be in business as they do not support the customer and the product is over rated for what was suppose to be a reliable company with good customer support. Resolution Sought Refund my 151.99 dollars. And stop advertising they provide good customer service.

I purchased products 3 months ago, I had an allergic reaction, and returned the products. They received my return, and when I spoke to 5 different people there, they all stated that my return would be refunded "this week" 3 monthls later and I still do not have a refund. No one would connect me to a supervisor, they state they can see notes regarding my refund, but I still have not been refunded. Resolution Sought A refund $237.59
