At the Relax Inn located at 3645 Canada rd, Lakeland TN , 38002. I opened the refrigerator and roaches ran everywhere. I only asked for a new room but she refused and said they're full. I then asked for a refund so I can go somewhere else. She said no. Her only solution was to spray poison in our room which is unsafe and unsanitary. She claims we were in the room too long because I bought it at 11am check in time but however we worked all day and I didn't come to the room till 7pm. I addressed the issue after 2 hours of physically being in the room. She was rude and didn't try to accommodate me at all and she never even sprayed poison because she was tired of listening to me complain about how disgusting and unsanitary the room was and how bad she was handling it. Now I'm in the cold at 10pm because roaches are scattered in this hotel room and the supervisor does not care at all. Just horrific all together. I'm assuming the entire hotel is badly infected and she is very used to just spraying poison when complaints arise from her attitude. Resolution Sought I want them to refund me the entire $80.00 because I am in the cold and absolutely want them to have a health inspection on the entire hotel. Roaches are unsanitary and this hotel condones the gross conditions.

While our policy clearly indicates no refunds, we aim to accommodate customers. Nevertheless, refunds are not granted after a specific check in duration.

As soon as the issue was brought to the lady working at the front desk, she started arguing and being very rude. All I did was ask for a new room initially, not a refund. But she refused to give us a new room and wouldn’t accommodate me at all.
