Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Product did not work, but I am still within the first 30 of ordering. Amazon won't refund because they say have to get the refund from Relaxium and Relaxium says they can't refund because I bought from Amazon. Relaxium filled the order. It was not third party transaction. Resolution Sought Full refund

We regret the inconvenience this has caused. If purchased thru Amazon, they received the funds for the product . Relaxium does supply the product to Amazon.
