We hired this company because our furnace quit working it is only 2years old. When the company who put it in came out they went to our 4 foot crawl space because it is a floor furnace they found 2 feet of water so we called this plumbing co. when the company sent out a Master plumber he told us we had a leak in the water line in our front yard they by passed our line and put anew line with a pvc pipe inside another pvc pipe they never finished the job got us a home project loan thru Wells Fargo bank. When they claimed they were finished and got the money from Wells Fargo Bank the water was still coming in we told them that 2 doors down from us there was a water leak that had been going on since Thanksgiving of 2021, we went to 3 of our neighbors the one next to us had water up to the floor rafters and the others also had water in their crawl spaces this co put in a water line we didn't need in the first place they charged us all this money and refused to come out and finish the job they left 2 large holes one of which was out on our sidewalk. We still don't have any heat The house where the water was coming from was a rental owned by Sylvan homes. So the people who were renting this house didn't care they have now moved and Sylvan homes refuse to let me talk to someone there. I have filed a dispute with Wells Fargo Bankwhich was turned down and now reopened due to the plumbing co. refusing to come back out and fix leaking again from the job. Resolution Sought I would like the money put back into Wells Fargo account.
