Date of transaction: 15Jan2022 Payment method: online transaction by mastercard Purchased product: LV DEAUVILLE MINI handbag Before I paid for the goods, I enquired the cs team about the bag details thru whatsapp, and I was told that I will receive a new and original authentic bag and the discount prices was going to be ended and resume to normal fare USD17xx. 1st time of receiving the good: 5Feb2022 I received a fake bag from the seller and I whatsapp them and asked for what happened, firstly they refused to take the responsibility and said the bag is real. After I texted them all the comparisons of the fake bag and the authentic one, they finally said that their warehouse team sent me the fake one but mistakes. I asked for refund at the same time but seller refused my request, saying that it was only a mistake and a real one will be sent to my address and I could be satisfied. 2nd time of received the goods: 6Mar2022 This time the bag is real but the accessories comes with the bag were fake. I immediately whatsapp the cs team and they asked me to understand, I used a very discount price to buy a bag which original price was $17XX so the bag will comes with fake accessories but they can ensure me the bag is authentic. I totally dissatisfied with their explanation and asked the company to exchange me with the new accessories within a period of time. The situation was not fixed due the seller said the accessories will not be restock. Resolution Sought Full refund or ship me the authentic and real accessories. Not just trying to pretend it is none of their business and stop racism Asian please.
