Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Hello, I placed an order from a company called "Remarkable ". It was an order for mystery boxes with electronics in the boxes. I ordered a lrg box and a super lrg box, paid just over $131.00, I received an envelope with 4 cheap dollar store items in it. The website said "100 satisfaction or $ back". I have been emailing the company and I'm receiving this back: Dear customer, Thanks for your support and concern on our store. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. If you are not satisfied with the product, we could provide the return address. But please do understand that you need to pay the shipping fee which always costs more than 20 USD. Besides. According to our company rule, we only allow to issue refund to our customer when we receive the return unit. As to this situation, could I suggest that we issue a 25 partial refund to you? So you don't need to return the unit to us, which could save your time and money. As soon as we get your confirmation, we will deal with it immediately. Again, I paid $131 for a LARGE BOX and a SUPER LARGE BOX and received a 8x10 bubble envelope with 4 very cheap items in it. I've been in contact with someone named Kim Resolution Sought Total refund of $131.00. I received a cheap toothbrush, a cell tripod, a teeny tiny humidifier and a pr of cheap ear buds. All can be bought at the Dollar store.
