I order an item from this company on January 12th on the 16th I was told the shipment was about to be in its way and will be delivered by the 25th. It is now February 2nd and I have yet to receive my item. I have sent multiple emails with no response what so ever. Resolution Sought Give me a full refund and the item as compensation.
