I ordered a mothers day bracelet that was suppose to have my family's names on it and I set up payments and have paid them on time it has made them weeks ahead. I have contacted the company to see where the product is at or a conformation number. They have reached back with a conformation number that shows a label has yet to be made, it has been almost 2 months when I was told from 2 different employees it was going to be 5- 10 business days. I am tired of a run around to where I asked for a full refund, they answered with they can not do so unless product has not arrived? Resolution Sought I will love my product that I originally ordered with my family's names on it or a full refund on what I have paid.
