Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I have sent money to this company before on December 29, 2025 I sent US$200 to a receiver in Nigeria I have cancel the transaction the bank in Nigeria reversed it back to Remitly and I did not receive my funds so I'm making a complaint because I have called multiple times. They keep on saying wait for 24 hours to 48 hours to get a reply and I've been doing that a month now the bank in Nigeria, which is Sterling bank reporting that they sent evidence that the money was reversed. I just need somebody to look into it and investigate it please I'm asking for help. I know it's $200 but it's stressing me out because I need my money. It's my money and it was reverse back to Remitly but they keep telling me that there is a third-party and they cannot give me the information of the third-party if the bank in Nigeria don't have the money who has it can you please make a total investigation? I'm just frustrated thank you very much. Resolution Sought I just need my money back and they're giving me a warm time and I just feel stressed out. I need this third party that's all I need
