Flooding basement every time there's rain storm. Just happened again last weekend. They finished the basement in 2020. Water leakage to the basement is from the egress window that they installed but did not provide drainage for when water collects in the hole that they dug behind the egress window. I have called and called they are not reaching back to me Resolution Sought My desired outcome is for them to fix the problem
