They are understaffed and do not answer their phones

They are understaffed and do not answer their phones. This is by the way the only way one can make an appointment to get into the bank. I would like for them to employ enough people to answer the phones, at least. I would like access to my finances. I deserve that. I in fact, pay them for that, monthly.
