After doing a poor job of the roof on our rental we attempted numerous times to get ahold of them to fix what was done poorly and/ or broken. At first we were told they would come look at it. Then they told us the guy ran out of time and couldn't make it. Now the mailbox for the answering service is full and we get no response. We got a notice they want to put a lean on our property. I mailed a check to the address on invoice certified mail and got it returned unclaimed. Resolution Sought We would like them to come look at the roof and adjust the bill accordingly.
