On 4/8/2020 I contacted Renewal that the casing around my windows were warped. I was given the phone number of someone to fix it. He told me that he was short handed and it would take awhile. I haven't heard anything since. I contacted Renewal again on10/31/2022 and told them the casings are now falling apart. They said someone would contact me within 72 hours. Again I heard nothing. I called again on 11/2/2022 and was told someone would get back to my within 72 hours and to call back on Friday11/4/2022. I have called twice today and only got the machine to leave my name and number and what the problem was. These windows were installed in 2018. I would just like to get these windows repaired. Resolution Sought Repair my windows.
