The window contractor came out for an FREE estimate. After getting my estimate the contractor took 1000.00 deposit. Due to some medical issues and being off work I wont be able to move forward with the replacement of the windows,and no work was done EXCEPT the free estimate. I tried calling several numbers to co tact them regarding not being able to move forward and was unsuccessful, and had remembered that the gentleman that done my free estimate had emailed me prior to the estimate, so i went into my email and found it, emailed him regarding my deposit. He then called me the next day and said that he would contact the proper team for that, and thats been over a week ago, and i havent heard back at all. I sent him a second email 3 days ago, still no contact! Resolution Sought Refund my 1000.00 deposit!!
