I entered an agreement with Renewal by Anderson on July , 2021. I gave a check for $1,300 to Renewal by Anderson to apply towards my bill. I missed out on a five months promotion with GreenSky loan program. On 02/01/2022, a new monthly payment will be calculated for the remaining 114 months of my loan @ 6.99 arp. Again I missed out on five months of 1. Something, percent arp. Resolution Sought Reinstate my promotion where I can get six months of arp @ 1. Something percent. Also, know where my $1,300 went to or towards. Renewal by Anderson said that my windows must settle in the winter months and the summer months the locks did not work right at the beginning, for that amount of money and that type of company, why do I have a problem with them?

Concerning the complaint filed by Karen, I have attached the contract signed by all interested parties. The request for financing, which I may add is third party, was approved in the consumers home at the time of sale. All the documents from GreenSky are immediately sent to her directly from the lender. Due to the privacy laws of NY, we do not have access to these documents, but we are familiar with the options available. Karen has requested the 120 month option, which has a fixed rate of 6.99% throughout the life of the loan. The consumer at the time of application is giving all the information to the sales representative and he is just inputting it in the GreenSky app. Our contract clearly states(attached for your review), that we do not have access to fund until we show up to begin commencement of the installation and final funding upon completion of install. It also clearly states the estimated(not a guaranteed date) installation date would not be at least for 5 months. We also have that signed document if required. I suggest that Karen forward her GreenSky paperwork to you for your review. It is not a promotion that she missed out on. To re-book is not an option due to our contractual agreement. Once you review her paper work, you also may want to advise her that the funding amount was the balance due after her deposit was credited to her contract.

I, am not alright with the company response. The Renewal by Andersen took a payment of $1,300.00 from me. Also unable me to pay for five months which on 07/21/2021 was the beginning of the 120 months contract. They have no bill by them or Greensky for me to be able to pay. On 08/21/2021, 09/21/2021, 10/21/2021, 11/21/2021 12/21/2021. It does not add up this seem to be their policy.
