This is a methadone clinic and there selling pops that they buy from sams club and potato chips they don't have a vending machine

This is a methadone clinic and there selling pops that they buy from sams club and potato chips they don't have a vending machine. I think its unfair for them to buy pops for $12 and make s $36 dollar profit of the clients. I would like for them to stop making money off clients we cant sell candy in there establishment
