I hired Renovate Rite (Brandon Haley) 2321 Weldon Parkway, Maryland Heights, Mo., to furnish and install pressure treated framing for a gable style patio cover over the existing deck. I provided Haley with the deposit of $7,824.00 , he isn't holding up to the contract we signed on Sept. 20, 2021. I have made many attempts to collect my money he received and he is refusing to pay me the deposit amount. Haley has led me into false hopes in retrieving my deposit with him not arriving at the location he wanted to meet at. I have tried to reach out to him but was met with negative results. My next step if you all can't get resolve the issue in helping me retrieve my deposit I am making contact with the BBB and State of Missouri Attorney General before retaining an attorney. I am trying to exhaust all my avenues. Resolution Sought Make contact with Haley and I would like my deposit from him. I would greatly appreciate the help.
