Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I put a deposit down on a house with this rental company called renpro. I signed a lease and was told that the walls would be painted and the house would be cleaned before I moved in. I was later then told that nothing would be done and it was as is. I then told them less then 48 hours of giving my money and signing which I was never given a copy of the lease I no longer wanted the house and wanted my money back and they agreed to return my money and said no problem I would meet them and get my money back, then I later was told a check would be mailed two weeks no check. I started to call and text and ask questions no one was answering me. I have text messages of me being told I was getting my money back and wasn't going to be responsible for any rent or payments of any kind but then after three weeks I was then in contact with the owner which was very unprofessional and unpleasant to talk with tells me I'm only getting half my money then we argued and then I was told I will get nothing back and to contact his attorney I also found out later that he violated article one charging me first last and security. I didn't receive a copy of any lease. I don't have keys and I have text messages stating my funds would be returned. Resolution Sought Pay the funds back like they stated they would
