Don't have the things that they are claiming that I bought but someone else says that they were finishing the payment. They have the things those said items and don't know where they are. Don't have money to pay whatever they are accusing me of. Resolution Sought Stop calling me, stop harassing me, stop sending things to my address, also to talk to someone named Austin Martin Montana about the items that they want and for him to return them or pay them the money since he has them and I don't cause I don't have them and I don't have money and I never got them anything from them at all.

We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter. Ms. Schmidt solely entered into a Rental-Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") for a MacBook Air and it is her responsibility to make payments or return the property. Pursuant to the Agreement, "You are responsible for the fair market value of the property, if and as of the time, it is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed." Should Ms. Schmidt have any further concerns she may contact her local Rent-A-Center store.  Given the facts as stated, we consider this matter closed. Respectfully, Rent-A-Center

We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter. Our records indicate Mr. Molbay was previously enrolled in automatic payments ("autopay"); however, he is not currently enrolled. We confirm that the rental-purchase agreement clearly disclosed that the leased property was in used condition, and the price reflects the cost of used merchandise. Should Mr. Martinez have additional questions or would like further clarification, we encourage him to contact his local Rent-A-Center store. Given the facts stated, we consider this matter closed. Sincerely, Rent-A-Center
