They made me sign to agree to their service and terms with out notifying me of undisclosed extra charges. They had told me that I had to sign and the price appeared to be more expensive when paying was that there was a large chuncho that was a security deposit. Once noticed on credit card statement that the amount was still very much higher than what was quoted to me. I called customer service and they claimed the extra charges where for extra insurance this was not what i understood I was signing. There was no description nor information that extra charges would be added on the little screen they had. I was told I had to agree to have the rental car at the time. They claimed I should have disputed the charges with in 4 days while I was on vacation and unknowing that those charges would not be refunded. Resolution Sought I would like a refund.

Rented a car from Ace 5/28/24 - my brother passed away that day - I told worker that I did not need the extra insurance- I had conversation with my insurance co about coverage and I am fully covered rental cars - I was charged the insurance - told that based on reading lips on the taped convo I wanted the insurance - management did not listen to conversation - the brakes squealed- the interior was stained and filthy with crumbs - when mentioned to Marshall at Ace / he stated maybe rep did not have enough time to fully look over vehicle - I was charged a different price than what 3rd party stated / at this point I had to take the car due to my brother being taken off life support that night - I want my full amount refunded Resolution Sought My full amount refunded - the conversation listened to.
