Customer Complaint

Rent my Time failed to rent my bonus weeks at my timeshare as promised. My wife and I gave Rent my Time $2394.00 to rent our extra weeks for $2000.00 a piece x6 wks. We had 10 days to exit the Contract and called them back on 6/13/2023 and advised Thomas Panley that we changed our mind and wanted our money back. Thomas guaranteed us that they would rent our time and would assist us in whatever way was necessary and we could do the same thing next year for another six rentals @ $2000 a piece. I specifically asked him if they had ever not rented the extra weeks before and he advised only during Covid due to nobody being able to travel. It's always the same excuses that we are attached to an event and should receive offers. They also constantly say their emails aren't going out as well. We would like to rent our extra weeks as promised or get our money back. Resolution Sought Rent our weeks as promised or refund our money.

I respectfully disagree with their response as you can see we kept our copy of the contract with their name, address and telephone number at the top. You will also note at the bottom of the first page where noted when I spoke to their representative about discontinuing the contract within the previously mentioned timeframe to void the contract.
