I opened a account with them on 10/25/19 I first bought a dryer 600 then I added a 65 inch tv 700 while I was at work Gregory Lundry walked in to Rent One got a LG STERO system for me for my birthday sometime between. 11/9/19_11/23/19 I assumed it was opened o. His own account I only found out that they not only added him to my account they allowed him to put the stero on my account without me even being there to only this on 11/25/19 I went to the store I told them I did not want him on my account as bei g a owner of anything for I seen my sister get all her stuff taken fro. A man because she added him to her account several years back I was promised by both managers at that time one female can't think of her name at this time and the male manager Jimmy that he was not added as a owner of anything but a user on the account I agreed to only that I was told I am the account owner and anything bought was 100 percent mine here we are a little over 1 and half years later and I am being told that I can't take anything I bought unless I take Gregory to court since both are names o n the account and that since we had started using his debit card some. Months back I am screwed so I paid for the 65 inch until he paid off 125 that I had left in November of 2020 for my birthday that year I paid off the dryerbin 3 montgsvwoth my bank account also paid and close to 5 mmm in the on my stero close to 2000 total he has been paying last 8 months on all items he went and got himself I am scre Resolution Sought I want my 2000 back and I want my 65 inch tv replaced as well as my stero Would settle for my tv and my 2000 but prefer not to only asking for my money back for this has all been so wrong and I have stressed out about it and ,has been a night mare so I want ,it for emotional distress
