For starters, there's no one to talk to over the phone. EVERYTHING has to be handled via email. Secondly they took majority of my security deposit for made up charges they came up with. WHO charge for batteries and lightbulbs? That's ridiculous and things like that should be replaced anyway when a tenant moves out. I turned in a 30 day notice and they still charged me for my move out day that THEY GAVE me and took it out my deposit. The entire company is a rip off and I would never rent a home through them again! My experience was horrible! Resolution Sought Refund my deposit back
