I purchased a security camera directly from Reolink's website in November 2023. I immediately registered the unit on Reolinks website. They advertised a two year warranty. On December 31st I filed a warranty request on their website, and company is not honoring their warranty. Instead they keep asking the same questions over and over. I provided proof the camera is dead and they keep giving me the run around instead of replacing the camera. Proof of purchase Order #2997935 purchased 11/23/24 Exhaustive troubleshooting done that provides sufficient proof the product is defective. - tried charging on usb cable to wall outlet for 5 days. Tried with solar panel for 8 days. There is no physical damage and it was used correctly. This unit is dead. Resolution Sought Replace the camera as stated in their warranty.
