Slab Leak Detection and Repipe Services

Our water meter kept moving after every fixture was shut off. Repipe1 traced the leak to a hot water line beneath the slab near the hallway bathroom. That discovery led us to look at the rest of the plumbing. Several supply lines under the slab had already been repaired over the years, and the home's 1950s construction made future access difficult. They installed new PEX lines through the attic and walls, connected the four bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and outdoor fixtures, and abandoned the old underground supply lines. The crew also installed accessible shutoff valves at the main fixture groups. The new routing gives us a much easier plumbing system to maintain.

Sewer Line Replacement

The sewer cleanout backed up twice within a few months, and the second occurrence left standing water along the side yard. That prompted us to inspect the entire run. The camera showed a section of pipe that had cracked and settled several feet from the home's foundation. Repipe1 replaced that section, connected the new pipe to the existing line, and installed a cleanout in a more accessible location. The crew checked the grade before covering the new line and tested drainage from the home's bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room. The yard was restored after the work, and the sewer has stayed clear.
