Every payment I have sent in to them since June 3rd 2024 has all went to interest and none to the balance. I opened this account Oct 23, 2023. And the only amount that has went to the principal is $240.. I ask them to send me a copy of my payment history to know we're my monies we're going. And about six every month. And the report is so small you need a magnify glass to view it. Resolution Sought I would like to know why my balance has changed not changed since June 3rd 2023. And why they keep sending me the same statement reflecting no change

I paid Reprise Financial twice, they didn't tell me that they had already drafted from my account. They told me that in order to get it back i need to send copies of my bank statement and ID. I think the card that it came off of do I told them that I would turn it over to my bank. My Bank say they refuse to send it back, but they will send them a letter.. I told them that that was my Bill money, I have other debt that i had to pay with that money. This have been 8 working days ago today. Resolution Sought Have them to refund my money the same way they took it out. They had no problem. Times are too hard for this Crookedness.

A refund was processed on 5/29/2024 in the amount of $182.29, this amount should have been received within 1-2 business days of the date processed by your bank.
