Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. I am the treasurer and trustee for Calvary Apostolic assembly Church in Cleveland Ohio on 9510 Buckeye Road. I am writing this email to notify you of how bad the management team in Cleveland Ohio is. I took over the treasury Department of our church 3 months ago, in an effort to cut cost I saw that our church was paying $536 a month for your trash disposal service and we were in a 3-year contract which expired October 22nd of 2022, where as Kimble was offering $178 per month. So the Board of Trustees made the decision to go with Kimble, I reached out to your Cleveland manager by the name of Jeff and also his supervisor by the name of Sam both of whom was very disrespectful and as of yet has removed dumpster from our property. As I stated earlier our contract ended October 22nd I made 9 attempts to have the dumpster removed as of today and no one has removed the dumpster and they also claims to have no record of me requesting the dumpster removal. Our church is part of the largest organizations of in the world, the organization is called Pentecostals Assemblies of the world in this organization we have thousands of churches and pastors that we deal with, and they all have different trash removal services at their Churches and I'm sure a few of them are using Republic Services. I hope reaching out to you can help resolve this matter with your Cleveland company. I have had several unpleasant and heated conversations over the phone with both Jeff and Resolution Sought For dumpster to be removed off our property
