Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I put in a complaint because my charge with senior citizen discount was 20 a month. I only received this service a few months before they put a 20 surcharge on my service doubling the price.. my daughter as well as several other people I know had this company but they do not have a senior citizen discount. No one else was required to pay a surcharge. I think its unfair. I was paid up quite a long time when money ran out they dropped me. I found someone reliable and not an unfair billing. Now republic has started picking up and giving me late charges. They dropped me offering me only 18 surcharge. Resolution Sought I was fine with new company. I didnt ask them to restart i have sent two letters and a 30 minute call. Please keep records of how unfair this company is
