Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Republic Trash service is attempting to collect 45.00 for them to retrieve their trash can. This is their property and should not be charging consumer to pick up THEIR PROPERTY from Consumer residence. When dropped off trash can to use their property they charged 30.00 which i was unaware or informed of. To keep the trash can and them not pick up they will charge 90.00 Resolution Sought Stop the outrageous stealing from consumers. Their prices are astronomical and the fuel excess charge is taking advantage of consumers . Their has been a 45 increase in their services which is outrageous.
