Last month on the 9 ot 10 the trash truck was supposed to empty my dumpster he missed the driveway and ran up over the side of my colvert and mashed my pipe and broke most of my rocks I had there I have been calling them multiple times and they won't call me back they was supposed to call me the 8/ 23 24 and 8/22/24 but no one called again this this not the first time they didn't call me back .they did send out an adjuster and he sent out k3 construction and the lady said it wax going to be between 8000 and 10000 to fix I think they won't return my calls because it cost so much money to repair it Resolution Sought I want it fixed they broke it now fix it I pay for 2 dumpster on time ever month

I payed this trash removal company and they are not emptying my containers. I have 2 bins that are completely full and I've had to rebag some things because they were ripped apart by some animal in the nite .these people claim they are short staffed and when my wife called they one lady who works there said we will get there when we can .but they have no problem accepting my payment they have done this before I feel I'm being robbed. Resolution Sought I want them to do what I paid them to do . Empty my trash bins once a week and not when they feel like it or can get around to it.
