Now they bill us for next quarters service. SURE - enough is enough

Deceptive practices, avoid Republic Services! Run around is all we have gotten from this company. Normally pickup was every Thursday, now after a month of not picking up trash and four phone calls with promises to pick it up the next day nothing happened. Trash is still accumulating while they continue to lie about the cans not being there when they came by. We paid for services we did not receive. Now they bill us for next quarters service. SURE - enough is enough

This company commits fraud and refuses to rectify the situation.

When we signed up to have Republic collect our trash they told us that they would collect trash that was not in the Republic bins. I thought this was a great perk and because of this decided to go with Republic. Then I actually try putting out trash that was not in the Republic bin. Republic did not take it and when I called they said they don't do that. They clearly lied when I signed up. They committed fraud by refusing the service I have paid for, and they refuse to give a refund. Do not do business with this company.
