I borrow $500 dollars from them telling to pay that off was extra 100 dollars to finish out the account that's what was explain to me now their r saying 22 more payments which outrageous and I want out with them. Resolution Sought Close my account

Mr. Robinson was informed of the payment schedule, payment count, and payment amounts at the time of the loan conception. Further, the loan agreement was signed and acknowledged which includes the payment schedule. Still, due to our commitment to superior customer service, we will stop the interest from accruing any further. This will leave Mr. Robinson with 3 remaining full payments and 1 final partial payment for the account to be considered paid in full.

That told me mri was approved via text click on link. Did so it said call. They wanted personal bank info for loan ( higher amount) just to quickly tell me I was not approved. When told him that was not right he had personal info my bank info he quickly hung up. Resolution Sought Close down fined and what ever you need to do. No telling how much they already took

Ms. Peterson's loan application was denied in the underwriting process. She received an email explaining to her the steps to take to get a detailed denial reason. No funds were taken from her account as she never received a loan.
