I purchased a Jupiter Spacetouch LED skincare therapy on January 24 under high sales tactics and had second thoughts about it when I looked at bad reviews online. When I attempted to cancel they wouldn't allow. I never got a tracking number or any email and have no customer service phone number. The card I was given had a manufacturer phone number 877 382-6839 and email hawaii@reservalife.com. . I only have an email to communicate. I never received the package. I was told by my credit card company that on January 15th it was delivered by Fed X on January 30th. I looked into it and the delivery picture is not my door mat. I was told by Fed X that the shipper must file a claim and I finally got a response by email on March 2 that they did. C-100852178 is claim number. I called Fed X today about my claim and they can't tell me anything about it so they say. It sounds like Fed X will send the shipper the money and then I am not sure that I will receive a refund from this shady company or even be sent my product. My credit card company is not any help either. I filed an appeal because they ruled in shippers favor because package was shown to be delivered! Resolution Sought I would love the outcome to have my money refunded by any of the 3 parties involved be it FedEx, Reservalife/ Truffoire or Discover.
