They should be looked into because they are terrible, liars, bait and switch people
They should be looked into because they are terrible, liars, bait and switch people, and there are many many 1 star reviews that all start with "if I could give no stars I would". As gor my experience: I called to enquire about making a reservation but had questions before I Made a reservation indefinitely. I spoke to a woman who said are you going to make a reservation or not, I said I have questions first, she hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a man and told him what happened on the First phone call and asked him if it's going to be a problem if I have questions. He asked me what hotel, I told him. He stopped talking for a moment and hung up on me too. You seriously need to re-train your Representatives. In only 5 minutes I had the worst customer service I've ever had in trying to make a hotel reservation. I only wish I had their names. Thank God I didn't give these people my money

Shut this company DOWN, before they take another person
we were looking on line for hotels in Hattisburg Mississippi, we thought we called a hotel in that area, however the company Reservations@Reservations.com. posed as the hotel we viewed on line, after a short time, the young man on the phone told us that they did not take ANY pets, however he put me on hold then he told me he found a place that took pets, and that he needs the credit no ASAP because of the storm in the gulf bookings, that should have been a RED FLAG, but we were in need of a place, and then when I contact the hotel, they told me they did NOT accept pets, so I called Reservations.com back to cancel, they could not find our reservation, anywhere? we called to cancel the credit card but they had taken the money, however the credit card company told my father-in-law he would not be held accountable upon the payment of said bill. Shut this company DOWN, before they take another person
