Purchased a Necture Mattress with adjustable based and the product is awful. It just doesn't meet our needs. They claim you can try it risk free and return it if not satisfied. I called them today to get nothing but the run around on why they can't process the return and refund the purchase price. Can you help? Resolution Sought Return the product in perfect condition for a refund

They offer a lifetime warranty protecting me the consumer against defective merchandise. My mattress after 3 short years is beginning to collapse on one side. They won't honor their warranty and refused me the right to speak with a supervisor through chat or email. Resolution Sought Honor their warranty and replace my faulty mattress that's collapsing on one side. My order number was N-10622248. Any help would be appreciated!

Per consumer: After going back and forth, them not returning calls they finally kept there word and replaced the mattress
