I paid this company to help me out with my mortgage which i was late due to the covid 19. They didn't do anything at all in fact the mortgage company told me they would fax the papers late. I paid them a total of 4830 so they paid me to checks of $1250.00 leaving a balance of $2386 I call them and call them and they don't pick up I have left messages and they don't answer. I want this company to please be investigated they use names that are not theirs I have a paper here from laura Thomas that she said that my refund will be sent out every 25 th of the month and i have not received. I need you to help me please to get my remaining balance back Resolution Sought I just want my remaining balance like it says in the paper they emailed me a MR Mike Diaz
