Faulty Gable of a new house that is under rwc warranty. It was listed as a problem upon inspection and on The warranty work schedule for homeowners " .... The 11th month walk by Drhorton expert. No one came out to do an inspection. Other houses were still being built. I am the first homeowner in the community. All the warranty are fake. They make senseless excuses, rebuttals..... contradicting their guaranteed warranty. No new house should cause grief and sorrow to homeowners. Employing foreign labor and running a business with a skeleton crew should not be excuses. The definition of a contract is a joke for con artist. Resolution Sought Fix the gable.

Consumer states; I tried to attach documents and my correspondence with Dr horton with you several times but I was unsuccessful. Some of the preexisting problems were done December of 2021. All that rubbish about being out of warranty is untrue. Dwayne Bruce was in this house from the 11 the month to Dec of 2021. Phone records don't lie. I was repeatedly told that everything is under warranty but they don't have the manpower at the time. Now I am told that RWC,the 10 year warranty will do what they did not. This is unacceptable. Let's see what the consumers will say when Clark Howard speaks.
