Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I lived in Royal Courts Apartments owned and ran by Residential One. I just recently moved out 4/1/21, making my stay there a little over ten years since moving in back in 2009. I paid a deposit of 1,269 at the time and that was also the price of rent. Here we are now and I'm looking forward to receiving my deposit back with interest minus a couple of minor deductions, only to be told they have no record of me paying a deposit only the lease that was signed with-in the last few years. They have no record of me moving in back in 2009 and don't want to give me my money. It was terrible the last 5-6 years which is why I moved, they are very unprofessional never having anyone solid to run the property or office, in ten years there were 7 different resident managers 5 different leasing agents and over 10 different receptionist. There was only one maintenance man between two properties not to mention the crime wave in the area. They constantly raising the rent with no real amenities worth paying for. I am highly upset and disappointed by their unprofessionalism, I left that apartment the same way I came in, only leaving a few items behind but the apartment was clean minus the ware and tear to the carpet. I have pictures and videos to confirm. Resolution Sought I would like them to produce my very first lease when I moved in back in 2009, which will show exactly what I paid and when, and then they return my money. They not even worthy of one star, lucky for them it by default!!
