I Took a cruise with the Royal Caribbean. Using RCI. World Travel Holding. The travel advisor name is David Midget Booking #8452725 Also doing a conversations, With David We talked about the hotel. He also talked about the $200 credit that we was suppose To get on the ship. Symphony of Seas When we land we had to take a taxi to the hotel, When we got to the hotel We had to pay for our stay Which was supposed to been included in our package? Also David Midgett Advice Vellyn Alexander That she had to be vaccinated before she get on the boat which was false. Vellyn went an got vaccinated. After David got his commission. He did not respond to anymore emails. In this letter I want to know what happened to my hotel money? What happened to my credit on board? WHY would he tell someone without checking thoroughly to get vaccinated? They have to be vaccinated and they didn't. Also, if I didn't call American Airlines He separated me and Vellyn seats. I am with RCI and I never had this happen to me. I am very displeased, I would like some answers. I can be reached at this number 7737587523. Mildred Dyson I emailed the company never got to responds. Resolution Sought I would like a apology also I would like money money that I lost back.
