I have sent emails and complaints. I have let this company know that I will NOT be paying for a bad product nor bad customer service...both of this company provides. Resolution Sought Cancellation. We just want out. We will NEVER trust this company again.

The consumer has a contractual obligation due under the terms and conditions of the contract in which they executed. They purchased the membership around July 31,2021, then went through an account activation process and confirmed the purchase which occurred weeks later on or around Aug 10, 2021. Member has personally banked unutilized time on the account, and they have used the membership in the Resorts in Dec 2022. We have not received any complaints about the service consumer have received at the resort they visited, we tried to contact consumer so that they can bring the membership current and they can use again the membership which under terms and conditions is purchased for 50 years, however we have not received any response positive from the consumer, at this time the cancellation period has passed under the terms of agreement. The company is willing to reach an agreement with the consumer so that they can continue to take advantage of the membership. Best regards!

We have sent multiple emails to TAFER resorts (formerly the Villa Group of timeshares) and they don't even answer us. Please assist us in opening dialogue with this skeezy company. They shouldn't even be allowed to do business in the US if our nations regulatory agencies don't even have the ability to regulate how much they are lying and deceiving Americans and Resortcom should be embarrassed and ashamed that they are allowing it. Resolution Sought Full refund and that TAFER resorts (Resortcom) NOT be able to business with US visitors.
